4. Providing support and assistance to the needy, including widows, orphans, the infirm, the indigent, and the deserving, and providing assistance to the sick and needy inside and outside Kuwait.
5. Developing Muslim communities by establishing and building mosques, digging wells, and supervising and implementing educational, construction, social, health, and sports projects.
6. It provides all types of relief aid to afflicted countries.
